A new set of standards is helping businesses learn how to better value their people. BS 76005 Valuing people through diversity and inclusion, is part of this new suite. It has been developed in association with employers, academics, industry bodies and the TUC to act as a code of practice for businesses wanting to improve fairness in the workplace.
