Retrofitting non-domestic buildings for improved energy efficiency?

To meet our net zero greenhouse gas emissions targets by 2050, the UK urgently needs to improve the energy efficiency of its building stock.

To help you gain all those benefits and more, we’ve produced PAS 2038:2021 Retrofitting non-domestic buildings for improved energy efficiency – Specification. This covers non-domestic buildings, except private dwellings, and gives comprehensive requirements.

Need to tackle climate change with zero energy buildings?

The building sector contributes nearly 30% of all global greenhouse gas emissions, representing a significant challenge in the race against climate change.

PD ISO/TS 23764 Methodology for achieving non-residential zero-energy buildings (ZEBs) outlines a step-by-step approach that organizations can follow to reduce the energy consumption of buildings they occupy and counter it with renewable sources.

Do you maintain street, land and property records in local government?

Watch out for BS 7666-0:2021 Spatial datasets for geographical referencing. Specification - General model for gazetteers and spatial referencing.
We’ve changed the standard that defines gazetteer components. BS 7666-0:2021 is the latest version of the British Standard that defines the essential components of a gazetteer of geographic locations and provides a general model of spatial references based on named spatial units in the UK.
