wind farm on hillWith COP26 currently dominating the headlines, the environment is a key theme at the 2021 BSI Standards Conference and Awards. We will explore key themes from COP 26, like climate change mitigation, sustainability, net zero and more.

The Standards Conference will also explore social and governance themes such social responsibility, social value, managing risk and more.

Much has been made of the need to ‘build back better’ as the world recovers from the pandemic, however, it’s not always easy to understand what this means in terms of individual change for each sector and organisation, and their people.

Explore, learn and network

The BSI Standards Conference and Awards is an ideal opportunity to network, explore different ideas, learn about new developments and the role of standards in enabling a better future for all. Whether you attend virtually or in person, you should come away inspired and energised.

So join us to help us to explore how we can continue to ensure standards are enablers for creating a better future for people and planet.

The hybrid event can be attended online or in person, and will feature the special achievements of this year’s BSI Standards Awards winners, which are always a highlight of the BSI year. Spaces are limited. Click here to book your place today.

The BSI Standards Awards

The annual BSI Standards Awards are a chance to shine a spotlight on what organisations have achieved through their use of standards. The awards recognize the use of a voluntary standard(s) to achieve a particular outcome – from resilience to innovation, cost savings to international trade / market access, amongst others.
Learning about the impactful ways people use standards is inspiring and insightful, and a great way to learn about the possibilities and opportunities they offer.

The BSI Standards Awards also honour the dedicated individuals who create the standards we use, with awards from notable leadership to best new committee member. Without standards-makers like them, there would simply be no standards.
