BSI annual general meeting to be held on 19 May 2020

Notice to all subscribing members of BSI

The annual general meeting of The British Standards Institution is planned to be held on Tuesday 19 May 2020 at 389 Chiswick High Road, London W4 4AL. Formal notice of the meeting, including details of the AGM business, will be sent to members in due course.

BSI Byelaw 37

In accordance with BSI Byelaw 37 any member who is entitled to vote has the right to have any matter concerning or relevant to the objects of The British Standards Institution included as special business at the annual general meeting. If any member wishes to raise any such item as special business at the AGM, such items must be sent in writing with brief supporting material to Louise Barber, Deputy Company Secretary of The British Standards Institution to arrive not later than Friday 6 March 2020 at the address shown below.
